Responsibilities :
Fellowship training in subspecialtyPrevious leadership experience in multidisciplinary cancer centerExperience with optimization of scheduling and streamlining of referral pathwaysRecruit and mentor high performing surgeons and APPs within the departmentCollaborate with the Women's Cancer Leadership to increase patient volume and expand accessCollaborate with Women's Cancer Leadership in any accreditation of programsDemonstrate expertise in implant and autologous breast reconstructionProvide operative and in-clinic expertise as well as service coverage for any callsDemonstrate commitment to multidisciplinary care practice and collaborative cancer careDemonstrate oncoplastics techniques in partnership with breast surgeryParticipate in quarterly meetings and provide insight for policy development for Accreditation of programsProvide expertise in enhanced recovery after surgery protocols as well as other protocolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWe are located in a beautiful community that is just blocks from the famous Jersey Shore, including Atlantic City, and in close proximity to multiple major metropolitan areas such as New York City and Philadelphia.
