Safety and Security Manager

A company is looking for a Safety and Security Certification Manager to oversee safety and security projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Develops and implements safety plans and conducts audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Provides technical supervision and assistance for safety performance and qualifications across projects

Manages safety certification programs and conducts threat and vulnerability assessments for transportation projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field, or equivalent experience

Typically requires 10+ years of related work experience, including some supervisory experience

Professional certification is preferred

Extensive knowledge of federal and state health and safety regulations

Ability to perform in a supervisory or managerial capacity
