Licensed Assistant General Counsel

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel and advise on legal issues related to US 501(c)(3) and international non-profit organizations

Draft, review, negotiate, and implement various legal instruments and maintain template infrastructure for agreements

Assist in corporate governance and develop compliance and risk management strategies

Qualifications and Requirements

Juris doctorate from an accredited law school

A minimum of three years of legal practice experience, preferably in an international environment

Experience in labor and employment law, supporting a human resources team is preferred

Current license in good standing to practice law in the United States

Experience with drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
