[job_card.job_description]Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related matters as required. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as part of security-related reporting protocols. Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on security-related procedures and best practices relevant to the technology, media, and telecommunications environment. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure atmosphere, and deliver exceptional customer service.
