Floating Requirements / Ratios : Candidates are required to float within their skillset, no exceptions. Ratios vary based on census and staffing. When floated, RNs will be assigned a patient ratio based on patient acuity License / Certifications : Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission. Submissions : Maximum of 3 submissions per candidate per facility Local Rules : Locals accepted at the same rate. Background Policy : Open / active BG hits and / or License Hits NOT accepted. Compliance : Labs MUST be completed 48 hours of signing. Valid NJ State License or Compact License required for both allied and nursing, at time of submission.
