Pay Rate : $15 / hr

Schedule : 3 days a week, 4-5 hours / day (~15 hrs / week)

Location : Northeast Houston, TX 77049 (Crosby Fwy Area)

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout offices, breakroom and restrooms, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure surfaces are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
• Carry out custodial duties in commercial settings, adhering to established protocols for cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
• Follow health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred.

Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.

Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is advantageous.

Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and use of cleaning chemicals is beneficial.

Ability to work independently.
