A company is looking for a Bilingual Remote Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts via telephone and written correspondence

Provide accurate account updates and maintain thorough records of interactions

Counsel consumers on payment obligations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Access to high-speed internet with a hard-wired connection

Knowledge of FDCPA preferred

Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain stationary for extended periods
