  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Sustainer Program, with a focus on donor relations. This volunteer role is pivotal in supporting the Co-Executive Directors as strategic partners in the organization's programs, fundraising, and mission execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational excellence, leading critical processes, and fostering a culture of high performance. Key responsibilities include ensuring program quality, leading the OKR process, and acting as a representative of the Co-EDs in high-level meetings. The role also involves cross-team alignment, project management, and external relations, such as managing key stakeholder relationships and preparing for public appearances. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position must be deeply committed to the company's mission and possess a strong background in leadership and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' of senior management experience, a proven track record in leading and scaling organizations, and a dedication to quality programs and data-driven evaluation. Excellence in organizational management, communication, and a proactive, innovative approach to business planning are essential. The role requires a candidate with a passion for the company's vision, who is action-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively with diverse groups of people. A strong sense of integrity, a positive attitude, and a self-directed, mission-driven approach are also key qualifications for this position.
