Base Salary : $270K-$280K (DOE) Bonus : Productivity-based, total compensation potential up to $350K Benefits : Health insurance CME reimbursement (open budget for courses / classes) 3 weeks of paid vacation Licensing fee coverage Malpractice insurance (fully covered) Dental and vision reimbursement options

Schedule : Monday-Thursday 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM Friday 8 : 00 AM-1 : 00 PM

About the Opportunity
MASC Medical is partnering with a Primary Care Office , a highly reputable and technologically advanced outpatient primary care practice in Boynton Beach, FL , to recruit a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) . This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to join a patient-centered team dedicated to providing exceptional care for an exclusively Medicare population.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for a geriatric Medicare patient population.
- Manage approximately 20 patients per day .
- Collaborate with mid-level providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
- Participate in minimal phone-based call rotation (1 in 3).
