North Carolina Licensed Senior Director

A company is looking for a Senior Director-Physical Health, primarily remote, based in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic vision for physical health care management programs

Oversee care coordination and care transitions programs for high-risk populations

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee the development of training and operational tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing with an active RN license

Seven years of experience with the population served, including five years in a supervisory role

Experience in managing clinical and non-clinical resources / business areas

Health Plan Managed Care experience is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of NC Medicaid policy and regulatory requirements
