Accounting Clerk - Pasadena, CA

Duration : Temporary to Hire

Compensation : $20.00-$24.00 Hourly

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a busy finance team? A growing organization in Pasadena is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their accounting department.

Key Responsibilities :

• Capture and review all incoming invoices using AI, ensuring accuracy and proper job or purchase order information.
• Identify and correct errors in document imports, collaborating with Accounts Payable Specialists to resolve missing data.
• Sort and distribute daily mail efficiently.
• Remove non-invoice documents from the system as needed.
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
