Primary Care, Family Medicine (no OB)

Experience the relief of practicing with a large, integrated health system that offers its physicians a financially stable environment, resources and support to provide excellent patient care, and dedication to physician well-being.

Practice Highlights :

  • Established, Busy Practice : Join a thriving practice with a strong patient base.
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday with limited call (phone consult), some locations offering Saturday hours.
  • Flexible Clinic Hours : 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with options to accommodate your schedule.
  • Patient Volume : See an average of 18-24 patients per day.
  • Work-Life Balance : 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of administrative time per week.
  • Support Team : Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support to help you succeed.
  • Clinical Scope : Care for all ages with a focus on wellness, chronic disease management, and specialized procedures based on your interests.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Passionate about providing care to patients of all ages.
  • Friendly, patient-focused, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

    • Banner Health offers a generous salary and recruitment incentives, along with an industry leading benefits package that provides security for you and your family :

  • Competitive Base Salary : $290,000 with a 3-year salary guarantee
  • Incentives : Up to $100K starting bonus and educational loan repayment up to $100K.
  • Resident Support : $1500 monthly stipend during the final year of training.
  • Comprehensive Benefits : Paid CME, malpractice insurance, robust benefit package options.
  • Physician Well-being : Focus on your personal and professional development.
  • Loan Forgiveness : This location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness programs.

    • Banner Wyoming Medical Center (BWYMC) is Casper's only nonprofit, full-service, acute care hospital, located both in the heart of the city and the heart of Wyoming. As the largest hospital in Wyoming, BWYMC has two campuses and 14 primary, specialty, and immediate care clinics. As a regional trauma and referral center, we serve 11 Wyoming counties with more than 250,000 people by providing comprehensive heart, stroke, and trauma care.
