Position – Special Inspector – ACI 1

Reports to : Manager – Special Inspections

Technical Responsibilities :

• Duties can include travelling to various project sites daily, monitoring construction operations, and using applicable field-testing procedures and equipment to perform required field inspections and testing, as well as all related testing as required by the project and client to determine conformance with project plans and specifications.
• Preparation of daily field reports, communication of deficiencies observed in the field to project managers, contractors, and / or client representatives, and the interpretation of project – related drawings and documents.
• Possesses strong supervisory and technical skills, effective time-management skills, strong computer skills, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to follow project specifications.
• Possesses a thorough knowledge of construction processes.
• Responsive to Client and other KSE Manager / needs, and all other duties as assigned.
