Florida Licensed Litigation Paralegal

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents related to foreclosure cases

Manage case files, coordinate with various parties, and prepare for court appearances

Communicate with clients and ensure compliance with legal standards and documentation accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and / or paralegal certification from an accredited institution

Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in creditors' rights

Proficiency in legal research and case management systems

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
