Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

o Clinic, Call, or Both :

• No call
• 70% outpt; 30% inpt

o Schedule :

• Need candidate to start ASAP; likely to extend
• Monday - Thursday; 6 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm (most preferred) OR
• Monday - Friday; 6 : 30 am - 3pm
• 4 10 hour shifts will be given priority
• Full time availability needed, will consider two providers to make up one FTE

o Cases / Procedures :

• Endoscopy
• General
• OB / GYN
• Ortho
• Pain Management
• Urology
• Vascular
• Blocks preferred; not needed

o EMR and Dictation Tools :

• EPIC / Dragon

o Required experience, training, and certifications :

• Must have experience with : spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
• AHA BLS
• AH ACLS
• AHA PALS
• NBCRNA

o Case Logs :

• 75 within the last 12 months

o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license :

• MI License only due to timeframe

o Credentialing Timeframe :

• Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
