About the Position :

As a Delivery Driver / Laborer, you’ll safely deliver precast concrete products to job sites throughout the Midwest, operating a manual 10-speed truck and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries. When not on the road, you’ll assist with shop operations, equipment maintenance, and fabrication tasks at our Ashley, IN plant. This position is ideal for a self-sufficient, safety-minded driver who enjoys both driving and hands-on work .

You will spend time on the road delivering high-quality precast concrete products throughout the Midwest and assist with hands-on work in the plant when not driving. You will have independence in your day-to-day work while still being part of a supportive, tight-knit team that values skill, safety, and reliability.

Drivers earn a competitive annual income averaging $50,000+, with both mileage pay and hourly shop work. This is a full-time, year-round position with paid holidays, PTO, and opportunities for additional bonuses, including a $1000 crane training completion bonus .

Compensation & Schedule -

• $0.70 per mile (Odometer reading)
• $18 / hour for shop work (approx. 500 hours per year)
• Average Annual Earnings :  $50,000+ (based on 2023–2024 averages)
• Mileage :  ~100K miles per year (and growing)
• Full-Time, Year-Round Position
• Paid Holidays and PTO
• $1000 one-time bonus upon completion of crane training
• A few overnights per month are required.
