This Position reports to:

Production Supervisor Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Being responsible for ensuring maximum production within the parameters of high quality and safe practice, assigning specific tasks, as required, to ensure the most effective and efficient use of the Team Members .
• Ensures that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan
• Ensures execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines
• Identifies deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance, Coordinate and deal with the problems in the production process, and promote the quick treatment

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering, etc.
• Be familiar with office software
• Possess good communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in lean production and Participated in quality improvement/production improvement projects
• Experience in managing teams of more than 50 people
• More than 5 years workshop management working experience in low voltage switchgear factory
