As a Provider Contracting Business Analyst youll manage contracting reports analyze data trends and support the VP of Network Development in optimizing provider contracting processes. Youll play a key role in maintaining accurate data developing reporting tools and ensuring compliance with company policiesall while collaborating with multiple departments.
What Youll Do
- Manage all aspects of contracting processes and assist in developing department resource documents.
- Oversee maintenance of the Master Tracker and other tracking systems for accurate reporting.
- Maintain contractor metrics and departmental scorecards.
- Communicate updates changes and process improvements to the contracting team.
- Research and secure current reimbursement data for all products and provider types.
- Develop reporting data detailing Provider Contracting trends weekly monthly and quarterly.
- Assist with onboarding and training new contracting employees.
- Maintain contracting data on company drives and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with VP of Network Development Compliance and HR to ensure training materials are current.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
Education : Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business or related field.Experience : Prior work experience in healthcare and knowledge of healthcare regulations / policies preferred.Technical Skills :Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot tables).Familiarity with contract management software preferred.Competencies :Strong organizational and time management skills.
