Join Our Team as a Provider Contracting Business Analyst!

Are you detail-oriented analytical and passionate about improving processes Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your work directly impacts organizational success If so Prime Health Services (PHS) wants YOU on our team!

As a Provider Contracting Business Analyst youll manage contracting reports analyze data trends and support the VP of Network Development in optimizing provider contracting processes. Youll play a key role in maintaining accurate data developing reporting tools and ensuring compliance with company policiesall while collaborating with multiple departments.

What Youll Do

  • Manage all aspects of contracting processes and assist in developing department resource documents.
  • Oversee maintenance of the Master Tracker and other tracking systems for accurate reporting.
  • Maintain contractor metrics and departmental scorecards.
  • Communicate updates changes and process improvements to the contracting team.
  • Research and secure current reimbursement data for all products and provider types.
  • Develop reporting data detailing Provider Contracting trends weekly monthly and quarterly.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new contracting employees.
  • Maintain contracting data on company drives and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with VP of Network Development Compliance and HR to ensure training materials are current.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Education : Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business or related field.
  • Experience : Prior work experience in healthcare and knowledge of healthcare regulations / policies preferred.
  • Technical Skills :

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).

  • Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with contract management software preferred.
  • Competencies :

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage a demanding workload.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Professional customer-focused demeanor.
