A company is looking for a Digital Sales Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming chats and consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchases
Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high performance metrics
Engage proactively with team members and managers to ensure success in a virtual work environment
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience
2-3 years minimum customer service experience
Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
Reliable internet connection and a private, dedicated workplace
Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality
