ERP Technical Specialist

A company is looking for an ERP Technical Specialist to support and enhance their ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Provide primary support for the Friedman Frontier ERP, including configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization

Develop and maintain custom applications on the IBMi platform using RPG and related technologies

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and support ERP upgrades and enhancements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with Friedman Frontier ERP, including core manufacturing modules

Proficiency in IBMi programming, including RPG, COBOL, and SQL / DB2

Familiarity with ERP integration points and security group administration

Demonstrated ability to support the full ERP lifecycle, from discovery to support
