Warehouse Assistant Manager

Miami, FL – Full Time (Direct Hire)

Salary : $52,000–$58,000 per year (DOE)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Assistant Manager to support and enhance daily operations at a fast-paced distribution facility in Medley. This is a mid- to senior-level role ideal for candidates with strong logistics, warehousing, and team-leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

Support and assist in managing warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to company procedures.

Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and effective stock control.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and internal departments.

Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Recommend and support process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution (lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred).

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred , though strong candidates with basic English will be considered.

Schedule

40–45 hours per week

Five days per week with rotating shifts (facility operates 7 days a week)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range : $52,000–$58,000 , depending on experience
