Job Overview

iReSolve Construction Group is seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager with a strong carpentry background to oversee a wide range of commercial, hospitality, and residential construction projects across New York City. In this full-time role, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through final deliverymanaging schedules, budgets, site operations, and communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Oversee full project lifecycle from kickoff to completion across multiple job sites

Coordinate with the company president, subcontractors, clients, and office staff daily

Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation

Manage project schedules, deliveries, site installations, and subcontractor coordination

Track labor, materials, and job costs to maintain budget alignment

Conduct site visits and field measurements to ensure accurate planning and execution

Issue progress updates and reporting to internal teams and clients

Qualifications

57+ years of experience in commercial, hospitality, and / or residential construction

Proven experience managing carpentry-heavy builds and interior finish projects

Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (JobTread or similar)

Detail-oriented with excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Comfortable balancing field oversight with office-based responsibilities
