We are a fast-paced, upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, progressive rehab (PT), and other wellness services. Our front desk is the heartbeat of our clinic, and we're looking for someone who brings positive energy, strong organization skills, and a team-first mindset every day.

What You Will Do:

• Greet patients and create a welcoming first impression
• Answer phones and schedule new and existing patients
• Help keep patients engaged and compliant with their care plans
• Schedule and coordinate new patient appointments
• Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure an efficient, fun, and effective patient experience
• Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor's treatment plan
• Collect patient charges and maintain accurate patient accounts
• Obtain, record, and update patient personal and financial information
• Verify patient benefits and insurance information
• Scan incoming insurance EOBs and assist with claims processing
• Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and community outreach
• Complete weekly patient reporting
• Maintain business office inventory
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Work with the team to keep the clinic clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

What You Need:

• Two-year degree or higher preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Monday 8:00am-6:30pm
Tuesday 9:30am-6:30pm
Wednesday 1:30pm-6:30pm
Thursday 8:00am-6:30pm
Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
