Yolanda Santana Harris and Brian Harris State Farm are seeking a highly motivated and coachable Insurance Sales Representative. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals serious about obtaining their Washington state insurance licenses and advancing into a full-fledged agent role. We are dedicated to providing you with the mentorship, resources, and clear career roadmap you need to succeed. Your effort and results will be directly rewarded through our performance-based compensation plan.

What Youll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)

  • Proactively reach out to and qualify prospective clients via phone, email, and networking events.
  • Skillfully present and close sales on a variety of insurance products (auto, home, life, health) tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust that leads to repeat business and strong referrals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
  • Fully engage in agency training to quickly gain industry knowledge and excel in your role.
