Yolanda Santana Harris and Brian Harris State Farm are seeking a highly motivated and coachable Insurance Sales Representative . This is the perfect entry-level role for individuals who are serious about obtaining their state insurance licenses and growing into a full-fledged agent. We are committed to providing you with the necessary mentorship, resources, and career roadmap to ensure your success. Your drive and results will be directly rewarded through our performance-based compensation model.

What You'll Be Doing (The Core Responsibilities)

  • Proactively reach out to and qualify prospective clients via phone, email, and networking events.
  • Skillfully present and close sales on various insurance products (auto, home, life, health) that align with client needs.
  • Maintain an exceptional level of customer service, building trust that fosters repeat business and strong referrals.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets while adhering to professional and ethical standards.
  • Engage fully in agency training to rapidly gain industry knowledge and secure your required Washington P&C / L&H licenses.
