As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated caregivers and CNAs to join us. We are urgently hiring for a caregiver or CNA to assist a client in Pearland, TX (77584). This role involves one-on-one light care with flexible day shift hours, usually between 8 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM .

Location : Greater West Houston (Current Need : Pearland, TX)

Shifts Available : Day Shift (between 8 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM)

Responsibilities :

Run errands and provide transportation or assistance as directed.

Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living support as needed.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities.

Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean and healthy environment.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best care.

Requirements :

• Prior experience working as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care setting.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is ideal but not required.

Ability to pass a background check and reference check.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathy, patience, and compassion towards elderly clients.

Must be comfortable around dogs (client has pets in the home).

Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
