About Us: Resilience Security is a leading provider of security services, dedicated to ensuring safety and security at various events. We are looking for reliable and professional individuals to join our Event Security Patrol team.

Job Description: As an Event Security Patrol officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all event attendees, staff, and property. You will work closely with event organizers and other security personnel to ensure that all security protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the event venue to deter and detect security breaches.
• Monitor crowd behavior and provide assistance as needed to ensure a safe environment.
• Check identification and credentials of event attendees and staff as required.
• Respond promptly to any incidents, emergencies, or disturbances, and report them to the appropriate authorities.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety and security standards are met.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform patrol duties.
• Must possess a valid security license or certification (if applicable).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
