Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Teller to join a well-established federal credit union in Butte, MT. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
• Provide exceptional member service by answering questions and assisting with account needs
• Balance cash drawer accurately at the end of each shift
• Promote credit union products and services that benefit members
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all security and compliance procedures
• Resolve member concerns or direct them to the appropriate department

Qualifications:

• Previous cash-handling experience preferred
• Customer service background strongly valued
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn financial software
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to pass background screening

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time position, Monday-Friday
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience
