This position plays a pivotal role in shaping financial consistency across U.S. commercial operations. Working closely with senior leadership, the role ensures that financial reporting, analysis, and planning are aligned nationally, while also supporting the execution of strategies that drive performance in key accounts and across the broader market.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial insights and monthly performance reviews that help national account teams meet their objectives.
- Analyze the performance of major retail and distribution partners against annual targets, preparing reports and recommendations that highlight opportunities and risks.
- Equip commercial teams with clear, actionable financial data to strengthen business reviews and partner discussions.
- Support leadership in evaluating forecasts and business plans, advising on adjustments to maintain accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor compliance with financial policies, escalating issues when deviations occur and collaborating on corrective actions.
- Consolidate divisional inputs into national reporting, ensuring leadership has a clear view of overall U.S. performance.
- Diagnose monthly results, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvements across functions such as supply chain, revenue management, and commercial operations.
- Prepare consolidated KPI reporting for senior executives, ensuring key drivers of financial performance are documented and understood.
- Validate national planning and forecasting data, ensuring accuracy in shipment and depletion reporting.
- Lead initiatives to address performance gaps at both regional and national levels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding supply chain, compliance, and accountingto ensure financial practices are consistent, compliant, and well understood across the organization.

Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or a related field is required; Masters Degree in Business Administration or earning Certification in Public Accounting desirableMinimum 5 years of experience within the Beverage Alcohol IndustryMinimum 10 years management experience in accounting / financeProficiency in Microsoft applicationsInternational exposure in a multi-currency environmentKnowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesGenuinely advanced IS skills including ERP, BI and PC skills, including CognosSelf-motivation and orientation to detailStrong communication & organizational skills
