As a Crunch MSR, you'll :

• Be the face of the front deskchecking members in, answering questions, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Drive membership sales by helping guests take the first step in their fitness journey.
• Communicate special events, promotions, and services to keep members engaged.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace.
• Assist with retail sales, scheduling member services, and processing payments.
• Stay informed about all club offeringsclasses, schedules, and amenities.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to support smooth club operations, including opening and closing duties.
