Shift : 6am - 2 : 45pm

Pay : $24 / hr

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sterile Processing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, inspecting, and packaging a variety of medical products in a controlled manufacturing environment. You will work closely with team members, area leads, and supervisors to meet quality and productivity goals while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, sterilize, inspect, and package medical products according to standard work instructions.

Operate and set up production equipment and fixtures as needed.

Perform line clearance, changeovers, and preparation work.

Inspect and repair your own work and assist with others' work when necessary.

Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and report quality issues.

Maintain inventory accuracy and report material shortages.

Follow all corporate, regulatory, safety, and production policies.

Maintain excellent attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and communicate effectively in English.

Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and ability to calculate averages and percentages.

Strong reasoning skills and ability to follow standardized processes.

Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Agile / SAP systems.

Ability to work varying shifts and in a cleanroom environment (including wearing gowns, caps, and booties).

Preferred Skills

Experience in sterile processing or medical device manufacturing.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
