[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting various real estate data types. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CoStar and Salesforce is advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Adaptability and the ability to prioritize, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Capability to manage multiple assignments with shifting priorities. Strong interpersonal and client service skills. The capacity to work independently and cooperatively with others. A team player with a robust work ethic and a genuine passion for the commercial real estate industry
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research, encompassing data sourcing and analysis, information evaluation, and analytical reporting.
- Collect and uphold current market data.
- Produce quarterly market reports that identify essential supply and demand trends and market drivers.
- Collaborate with our national brokerage teams to assist in crafting marketing and research proposals.
- Proficiently communicate analysis results in written form.
- Fulfill any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned as the company grows.
