THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Oversee and enhance the recruitment program.
• Maintain a team oriented work environment.
• Oversee, implement and review policies and procedures, make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage employee benefits and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee documentation and records.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 4+ Years of HR Experience.
• PHR or SHRM Certification – preferred.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented.
