• What You'll Do :
• Drive the localization strategy for the global digital storefront, ensuring the online experience is tailored to specific regional needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with international teams and cross-functional partners to develop site "floor plans," ensuring a cohesive, on-brand, and relevant digital presentation.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and seasonal business results, alongside site and customer metrics, to identify opportunities and drive performance across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms.
• Acquire and synthesize actionable market insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize the digital customer journey.
• Communicate effectively across various functions to define requirements, manage resources, and set clear expectations for digital initiatives.
• Facilitate digital asset reviews and manage feedback loops with partners and stakeholders to maintain high production standards.
• Utilize content management systems to localize the international digital experience and enforce digital production standards across the site.
• Support personalization and A / B testing efforts for specific product categories, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Take accountability for site content navigation and key performance indicators such as sales, click-through rates, and abandonment rates.
• Demonstrate strong leadership in fostering productive relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Provide thought leadership on customer behavior, marketing strategies, content development, and localization best practices.
• Deeply understand customer desires, shopping behaviors, and key conversion drivers to enhance the online experience.
• Must-Have Qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated digital merchandising experience with a multi-category e-commerce website.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, thriving under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional ability to self-prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects with exemplary time management skills.
• Self-motivated team player with outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• High intelligence and analytical curiosity, coupled with an entrepreneurial, risk-taking mentality.
• Intimate understanding of competitive landscapes, target customer demographics, and brand-relevant fashion trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience using a content management system, and experience with leading site analytics tools.
• Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
• Proven experience with advanced site analytics platforms, demonstrating an ability to extract deep insights and drive actionable strategies.
