Position Details

• Job Title: Forklift Operator - Cross-Dock Logistics
• Location: Memphis, TN
• Shifts: 1st (8:00AM-5:00PM) and 2nd shift (5:00PM-2:00AM) available
• Pay: $22/hr (1st shift) • $23/hr (2nd shift)
• Job Type: Full-time, long-term with weekly pay

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating a forklift to move pre-labeled, pre-assigned containers
• Loading and unloading trailers in a high-volume cross-dock environment
• Moving freight between dock doors and staging lanes
• Verifying container labels and destinations
• Following safety procedures while keeping freight moving
• Keeping your work area clean and organized

• Forklift experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operation
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
