Patient Service Representative (Spanish Bilingual)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Service Representative (Spanish Bilingual) to join our growing healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences all while seamlessly switching between English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately and efficiently
• Verify and update patient information and medical records
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payment processing
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and company policies
