Compensation Range : Hourly : $23.20 - $30.75 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
As a fiduciary and Wealth Management expert the Private Client Advisor Associate's primary responsibility is the support of our Private Client Relationship Managers who are accountable for the delivery of wealth management advisory services to ultra-high net worth clientele and their business partners.
The main purpose of this job is to support the Private Client Advisors who are accountable for the delivery of wealth management advisory services to high net worth clients of Commerce Trust.
Essential Functions
- Perform service and fulfillment activities to meet the needs and expectations of Commerce Trust clients
- Act as an additional point of contact within the client relationship team for clients and act as the backup contact for clients in the PCAs absence
- Assist with account administration, document review, fund transfers, discretionary actions and coordination for tax preparations with minimal supervision
- Maintain a professional presence and approach with a strong desire to exceed client expectations
- Identify opportunities for expansion of relationships with existing clients
- Perform other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
