Ascension is seeking a dynamic and influential leader to serve as the strategic nexus for our Growth Marketing & Digital Experience (GMDx) organization. This pivotal role functions as a strategic partner and operational force multiplier for the Senior Vice President, GMDx, while also leading a team of Discipline Integration Directors.

The Sr. Director, GMDx Integration & Strategic Operations will orchestrate the rhythm of the business, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure executional excellence across the GMDx ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a master of both strategy and execution, capable of transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable plans. You will partner seamlessly with leaders across GMDx, enterprise strategy, finance, technology, and market operations to break down silos, accelerate delivery, and amplify our collective impact.

This leader will combine exceptional business acumen and operational rigor with a deep understanding of digital and marketing landscapes. You will operate at the highest levels, synthesizing diverse inputs into executive-ready insights while simultaneously instilling a culture of discipline and continuous improvement throughout the organization. The role will require 20%-30% travel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic extension of the SVP, GMDx, anticipating needs and directing focus toward the organization's most critical priorities.
• Orchestrate the GMDx operating rhythm, including strategic planning cycles, leadership forums, and business reviews, to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Synthesize complex data and diverse stakeholder inputs into decision-ready briefs, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for the SVP.
• Anticipate and proactively manage priorities and critical paths, serving as a proxy for the SVP to drive progress and resolve issues, thereby multiplying executive capacity.
• Represent the SVP in selected meetings to unblock decisions and keep critical paths on track.
