Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our MA Department. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, highly organized, and dedicated to excellent client care with a strong focus on follow up and retention. This role oversees the daily workflow of the MA team while supporting clients throughout IV therapy and weight loss programs.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care

Perform IV treatments, weight loss injections, and all MA related procedures with accuracy and safety
Follow established clinical protocols and sanitation standards
Review client treatment plans and ensure proper charting and documentation

Team Leadership

Provide daily guidance and support to the MA team

Ensure the team follows clinical and service standards

Maintain a positive and accountable work environment

Operations

Manage inventory for IV and MA supplies

Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed

Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms

Client Follow Up and Retention

Complete consistent follow up calls and messages to support client progress

Ensure each client feels informed and cared for throughout their program

Provide education and re engagement for clients who need additional support

When follow up is missing, clients often disconnect and may continue their program elsewhere, so steady communication is essential for retention and department growth

Build long term client relationships that encourage renewals and satisfaction

Compliance and Quality

Ensure charts and records are accurate and complete

Follow all clinical regulations and internal protocols

Maintain high quality and safety standards in all treatments

Position Requirements

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license

Experience in aesthetics, wellness, IV therapy, or weight loss preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to lead a team and maintain organized daily workflow

High attention to detail and commitment to client safety
