About the Role

Were building the financial backbone for modern real estate, a system where data flows intelligently, ledgers stay audit-ready, and financial operations scale effortlessly.

Youll own the operational workflows and user experience that power our accounting and finance enginerent flows, payables, inter-company transactions, close / reconciliation, and reportingall inside a graph-based platform built for accuracy, explainability, and automation.

This role isnt tucked away in the back office. Youll sit at the intersection of product, finance, data, and AI, owning the systems that bring clarity, integrity, and automation to every financial decision.

Responsibilities

• Creation of user-friendly tools for controllers, accountants, and operators to handle workflows with precision and ease
• Collaboration with AI teams to embed smart automations, including predictive cash flows, anomaly detection, and intelligent categorization
• Translate corporate finance, accounting, and payment requirements into frontend workflows that integrate seamlessly with backend data structures
• Design intuitive workflows that eliminate pain points, streamline user journeys, and introduce features that enhance the overall experience
• Architect backend data into reliable, explainable, auditable, and scalable rule engines
• Continuously improve the efficiency and interconnectivity of enterprise-level systems, including integrated third-party tools
• Serve as a product subject matter expert for design and engineering teams to accelerate development
• Lead change management efforts to build user trust, drive product adoption, and strengthen feedback loops for continuous improvement
