Job Overview

Nitro City Racing, the premier go-kart racing venue in Fairfield, CA, is seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as Party Attendants. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a lively environment and are dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for event planning and enjoy working with people of all ages, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination :

    • Assist in organizing and setting up party events, ensuring all guest requirements are met and everything runs smoothly.

  • Guest Interaction :

    • Greet party guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout the event to ensure a fun and engaging experience.

  • Activity Supervision :

    • Oversee party activities ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.

  • Refreshment Service :

    • Assist with serving food and beverages, maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.

  • Clean-Up Duties :

    • Ensure party areas are cleaned and reset promptly after events, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

  • Team Collaboration :

    • Work closely with other team members to deliver seamless and enjoyable guest experiences.

    Qualifications

  • Experience :

    • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.

  • Interpersonal Skills :

    • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

  • Availability :

    • Must be available to work weekends and flexible hours to accommodate party schedules.

  • Team Player :

    • Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

  • Problem Solving :

    • Quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills to address any guest concerns or event-related issues.
