Raw Material Manufacturing Company- Carlsbad, CA looking for qualified individuals to join their manufacturing team!

~Previous experience in manufacturing with raw materials REQUIRED~

Monday-Friday

1st shift- 4AM-12 : 30PM -$20.35

2nd shift - 12PM-8 : 30PM - $20.85

3rd shift - 8PM-4 : 30AM - $21.35 Sunday night-Thursday night

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. This role requires mixing products, large machines, heavy lifting and clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate various manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with safety protocols and CLEAN ROOM ENVIORNMENT standards.
• Assemble components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.  Must wear proper PPE : hair net, bunny suit, shoe covers, respirator.
• Perform materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials as needed.  Lifting large bags up- 50 lbs repetitively through out entire shift.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area,  working in teams of 3 to 4 people  adhering to safety regulations at all times.
