Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimization of the managed services process, tools, and services. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity : As part of the Managed Services team you will oversee the establishment and management of quality assurance and validation processes that align with business needs. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders. This role requires a focus on client satisfaction and adherence to quality and risk policies.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
