Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time

Incentives : $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

(Valid from 12 / 3 / 2025-12 / 31 / 2025)

The bonus will be paid in two installments :

• $500.00 after 6 months of continuous employment
• $500.00 after one year of continuous employment

The LPN is responsible for traveling to a patient / client's place of residence to provide skilled nursing care. The LPN is responsible for maintenance and accuracy of electronic medical records and coordination of care with other team members. The LPN works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) as a member of a team to give direct nursing care to patient / clients within the policies of the agency. The LPN will provide services within the scope of Federal and State regulations, licensure, policies and procedures of the agency.

Visiting Nurses requires a criminal background check and motor vehicle (MVR) check for all employees once a conditional offer of employment has been extended by the hiring manager.
