Skaalen Retirement Services has proudly served residents, families, and our Stoughton-area community for over 100 years. We offer a full continuum of care including independent living condos, assisted living, short-term rehab, and long-term skilled nursing. Our mission is simple : to provide compassionate housing and services to older adults and those in need.

We are currently seeking passionate and dependable Resident Assistants (RAs) to join our dedicated Skaalen team!

Available Shifts :

  • Part-Time positions available on :

    • AM shift

  • PM shift
  • NOC shift (overnights)
  • Every other weekend required for all shifts
  • Expected hours : 16-40 hours / week
