[job_card.job_description]Cleaning building, completing laundry, stocking supplies, and preparing food for clients. Respond to calls and provide front desk coverage. Completes safety rounding to maintain therapeutic, secure, and safe environment for patients / visitors / staff including enforcement of rules. Accurately documents safety rounds. Intervenes appropriately and therapeutically in crisis situations using crisis intervention preventions and trauma informed care. Demonstrate competence in recognizing and responding to patients physical, mental, emotional, and developmental needs utilizing crisis prevention intervention and trauma informed care. Education : High school diploma or equivalent. License(s) / Certification(s) : Possession of a valid Class "D" Iowa driver's license or an equivalent license from the employee's state of residence. CPR. CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training, initial & yearly renewal. Experience : Knowledge of proper food handling and preparation. Mental health or substance disorder experience preferred.
