Lead Gameplay Programmer

A company is looking for a Lead Gameplay Programmer to join their team for Cyberpunk 2.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support team members to deliver high-quality player experiences

Guide the team in building scalable gameplay systems in Unreal Engine

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and ensure efficient development

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one year of management experience with a team of programmers

At least 7 years of professional programming experience in the games industry

Proficiency in C++ programming

Knowledge of mathematical concepts, including 3D math and linear algebra

Ability to evaluate the quality of player gameplay experience / game feel
