What You'll Do :

📋 Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses

🔍 Conduct thorough research on tax regulations to ensure compliance

📊 Analyze financial statements to identify potential tax savings opportunities

🤝 Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation for filings

🛠️ Assist in the development of strategies for effective tax planning

📈 Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting clients' obligations

What We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or

related field (CPA or CPP preferred)

✅ 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting or related field

✅ Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local

tax regulations, including payroll, sales / use, and corporate income tax

✅Familiarity with multi-state payroll tax laws

(SUI, SDI, PFML) and nexus rules

✅Proven track record in preparing and filing

federal and state tax returns (Forms 941, 940, W-2, 1099-MISC / NEC)

✅ Experience managing sales and use tax

registrations, filings, and audits

✅ Background in supporting corporate income tax

preparation and estimated payments
