Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering - Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of Software Engineers in developing and maintaining software integrations to enhance patient care

Implement best practices for application architecture and integration development while managing project budgets and timelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy, develop product roadmaps, and ensure alignment with IT goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

5 years of IT experience in roles such as team management, application development, and business process reengineering

Leadership experience in building and managing collaborative teams of Software Engineers

Strong background in systems integration, software engineering, or solution architecture

Experience with cloud-native integration architectures and modern engineering practices, including DevOps and Agile methodologies
