About the Role
This is a SALES POSITION and experience in Membership Sales is Required..As a Membership Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, leading a team, and creating an exceptional customer experience. What Youll Do :

• Own and drive membership sales performance and revenue growth
• Actively sell membershipsthis is a hands-on closing role
• Lead, train, and coach to meet location sales goals
• Confidently recommend memberships and services based on needs
• Proactively call, follow up, and convert social media and inbound leads
• Control sales conversations with a polished, professional phone presence
• Track engagement, follow-up, and mid-month sales momentum
• Participate and lead team meetings focused on performance, accountability, and results
• Co-manage scheduling, call-outs, and daily execution
• Resolve client concerns calmly while protecting the business and the sale
• Support daily operations while keeping sales performance front and center

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of proven membership or subscription sales experience
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Confident, assertive communicator who can lead sales conversations
• Results-driven leader who holds themselves and others accountable
• Comfortable with follow-up, objections, and closing
• Coachable, competitive, and motivated to grow into higher leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a sales-driven team
• Experience managing schedules and coordinating staff
• Must be available to work Saturdays
